这是面向DOS的16位的编译器。无法在64位Windows下运行。
对于安装了DOS虚拟机的家伙们来说，用这个进行DOS编程是不错的选择。

如下图中的TC是运行在DOSBOX虚拟环境下的TC，Win7 64位无法直接运行TC，你必须安装DOSBOX才能运行TC。

DOSBox下的TC的配置方法：
1、下载TC.7z
2、下载DOSBox
3、按照DOSBox的链接，配置你的DOSBox
4、配置好DOSBox后，解压TC.7z到你的DOSBox的C盘（也就是D:\VDOS\这样的文件夹）
5、改写AUTOEXEC.BAT，添加一条命令：

set path=C:\TC\bin;%path%

6、运行DOSBox，输入“TC”，可以看到TC的界面（1楼图所示）
7、开始编程吧。
